I've always had a thing for comic logos that look like what they say. There must be a word for that. The old Batman logo in the shape of a bat is a classic example.

I've not tried to draw Judge Dredd for a long time, mainly because it's such a complicated nightmare. Thanks Carlos! The solution is not to even try to do all those fiddly bits, so here you go, lazy Dredd.
